Benne Reserve was born from a single conviction: that South Indian breakfast culture deserves to be celebrated with the reverence it commands. In the narrow lanes of old Bengaluru, where the smell of fresh benne dosa and strong filter coffee defined every morning, our founders found a story worth telling.
We source our coffee beans exclusively from the estates of Coorg and Chikmagalur. Our benne — that golden, hand-churned white butter — comes from small dairies in Hassan and Tumkur. Every recipe carries the memory of a grandmother's kitchen, refined with quiet precision.
